2. We tip your staff with every order.
3. We run picnic pickups and food tours mostly during your low volume hours.
4. We always aim to create zero operational trauma for your restaurant - you tell us what days/times and maximum order volume work for you.
5. We only request a simple portioning + packaging procedure found here (subject to adjustment as needed).
6. We have been accused of showing up to kitchen staff meetings with treats.
